Who Gives A Hand lets you make a voluntary monetary contribution ("donation") that we collect and pass on to brighten the day of a small business or a person who could use it. The live tracker shows the running total collected.

100% of the funds we receive — after transaction fees automatically charged by Stripe or any other third-party payment processor are deducted — goes directly to the intended recipient. We do not take a cut or charge any additional fee of our own.

For example, if you donate $25.00, the payment processor deducts its standard processing fee, and the entire remaining amount is passed on.

Contributions made through this site are not tax-deductible charitable donations. Who Gives A Hand and The Jukebox LLC dba Poorboy Coffee is not a registered charity or 501(c)(3) organization. Please consult a tax professional if you have questions about your contribution.

Payments are processed securely by third-party payment processors such as Stripe. We never see or store your full card number. By donating, you also agree to the processor's terms of service.

Donations are voluntary and non-refundable once processed, because funds are passed on to recipients.

The site is provided "as is" and "as available." We do our best to keep the live tracker accurate and the service running, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free operation. Totals shown may briefly lag behind completed payments.

We select recipients in good faith, but we are not responsible for how recipients use the funds they receive.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Who Gives A Hand, The Jukebox LLC dab Poorboy Coffee and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or your donation.

We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date above reflects the latest version. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
